Case Studies: Price Waterhouse
Client Background: Price Waterhouse, the premiere Big 6 firm, was viewed as a great global firm but a 2nd tier player in technology, and therefore was excluded from many reviews. Problem: To determine how to best position PW’s Technology Industry Group and increase the frequency that PW was “invited to the party.” Solution: Based on a thorough analysis of Emerson data, BLK learned that PW was #1 in Technology in terms of dollar volume. BLK positioned PW as the Big 6 leader in technology. We then built a highly accountable and targeted offer-driven vertical print/direct response plan targeting the Top 2,500 technology companies. Results: Spectacular. Engagement opportunities nearly doubled, and new engagements stayed in the double-digit range for over 4 years. |
